I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to any new clients that would like to join my coaching program. In this call I will ask you a few questions to gain an understanding of what you're wanting to achieve and whether or not I am a good fit for your health journey. This is also the perfect opportunity for you to get to know me and get answers to any of your questions!
